Terms & Conditions – Comfira

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Comfira, located at Taxandriaweg 3c, 5142 PA Waalwijk, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 98042041, VAT number NL005305902B55.
By placing an order through our webshop (www.comfira.nl), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 1 – Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via the Comfira webshop.
Deviations from these Terms and Conditions are only valid if explicitly confirmed in writing by Comfira.
Article 2 – Offers and Prices
All prices listed on the website are in euros and include VAT. The applicable VAT rate is determined based on the delivery address and applicable EU regulations (OSS scheme).
Shipping costs are stated separately during the checkout process.
Comfira reserves the right to change prices and products at any time.
Article 3 – Orders and Payment
An agreement is concluded at the moment Comfira confirms the order by email.
Payment must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop. Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.
Article 4 – Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless stated otherwise.
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Comfira is not liable for delays caused by PostNL or other carriers.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt without stating any reason.
After withdrawal, the customer has an additional 14 days to return the products.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered; in such cases, Comfira will cover the return costs.
Only unworn and unwashed products, in their original packaging and in good condition, are eligible for return.
For hygienic reasons, worn or damaged products cannot be returned.
Article 6 – Refunds
In the case of a full return, the customer will receive a refund of the full purchase amount, including any standard outbound shipping costs paid.
In the case of a partial return, only the returned products will be refunded; shipping costs for the original shipment will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned products, using the same payment method as the original order.
Article 7 – Warranty
Comfira guarantees that its products comply with the agreement and with applicable statutory provisions regarding conformity.
The warranty applies only to normal use and does not cover damage resulting from improper use, wear and tear, or user-caused damage.
Complaints regarding defects must be reported in writing within 2 months of discovery via info@comfira.nl.
Article 8 – Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@comfira.nl.
We aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days.
If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit the dispute to the Dispute Resolution Committee via the European ODR platform:

Article 9 – Liability
Comfira is not liable for indirect damage, delivery delays, or damage resulting from improper use of the products.
Comfira’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
Article 10 – Applicable Law
All agreements and disputes are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
