Return Policy – Comfira
Cooling-off period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return (statutory cooling-off period).
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Trying on is only permitted over your own underwear.
- Returns showing clear signs of use, wear, or damage may be refused or partially refunded due to depreciation.
Hygiene products – exception
Some products in our assortment are hygiene products, such as nipple covers.
These products are delivered with a protective film on the adhesive side.
For hygiene reasons, hygiene products cannot be returned once the protective film has been removed or the product has been opened, even within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period.
Returns of hygiene products are only accepted if the product is unopened and the protective film is fully intact.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered items.
Always keep your shipping receipt and tracking information.
International return shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
Defective or incorrect items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, contact us within 48 hours via info@comfira.nl.
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Would you like a fast exchange?
Place a new order and return the unwanted item.
Shipping costs for the new order and return shipping costs are at your own expense, except in cases of defective or incorrect delivery.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Full return
If you return your entire order, you will receive:
- The full product amount plus standard shipping costs.
Example: you order 2 shorts and return both items.
Partial return
If you return only part of your order, we will refund:
- The price of the returned item(s) only.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Example: you order 2 shorts and return 1; you receive a refund for that short only.
Depreciation
If returned items are worn, washed, or damaged, we may withhold part of the purchase amount to account for loss of value.
