Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link to follow your parcel.
Delivery Time
All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands: 1–2 business days
- Belgium: 2–3 business days
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- France: 3-6 business days
During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), delivery times may be slightly longer.
We are not liable for delays caused by PostNL, DHL, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Netherlands: €3.95 (Free shipping on orders over €10)
- Belgium: €6.95
- Germany: €7.95
- France: €9.95
Returns
- You may return your order within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).
- Please register your return first by emailing info@comfira.nl; after registration, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. In that case, we will reimburse the return costs or provide a prepaid return label.
- Full return: refund of the product amount plus standard outbound shipping; Partial return: refund of the returned item(s) only.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection of the return.
